Our Team

Kaleb Whorton is a motivated and personable business professional with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has a strong background in project management, customer service, and leadership, with a proven track record of meeting aggressive goals and timelines in fast-paced environments. Throughout his career, Kaleb has held various senior management positions, including Sr. Director, Sr. Program Manager, Market PM, Market Consultant, and Project Manager. He has managed multiple teams in various locations and has experience with AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket Communications, and Sprint.

Matthew L. Luttrull is a construction professional with experience in project and construction management. He has worked with companies such as L&M, Nexius, Ericsson, Smartlink, and Alcatel-Lucent in managing various aspects of construction, including civil work, fiber optics, and cell site acceptance. He has experience in managing daily progress calls, working with various internal and external teams, and utilizing databases such as EAMS, Sprint Vision, and Siterra.
